Here at the Twisted Pineapple, we want our customers to be 100% satisfied.

We would be happy to accept returns for an exchange or store credit. All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached and returned within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

ITEMS SHOULD BE FREE OF MARKS, MAKEUP, PERFUMES, DEODORANT, AND ANIMAL HAIR.

An item(s) sent back after 14 days of delivery to the customer, will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Once items are scanned by postal service and shipped out we are not responsible for the handling process. If items are lost or there are issues please contact USPS:

FINAL SALE ITEMS:

Final Sale items cannot be returned. These items are clearance items with a 30% off discount or higher, bathing suits, undergarments such as but not limited to: bra's, bralettes, bathing suits, & underwear.

Customized Items: Custom apparel, gear and swim suits are not available for return. Please make sure you check order details prior to placing your order.

Grab bags or bundle sales: These as well as clearance items are not eligible for return.

Gift Card: Physical or emailed Gift Cards are not eligible for refund.

Swim Suits & Undergarments: Swim suits and undergarments are not eligible for returns under any circumstances. Please be mindful of the size chart and size up or down where you see fit at your own discretion.

Return instructions: Please return item with packing slip mailed to you along with the reason for return.
