- All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached and returned within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
- ITEMS SHOULD BE FREE OF MARKS, MAKEUP, PERFUMES, DEODORANT, AND ANIMAL HAIR.
- An item(s) sent back after 14 days of delivery to the customer, will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- Returns for store credit is issued as a one time occurrence and any remaining balance will be forfeited. Store credit does not expire.
Final Sale Items:
Final Sale items cannot be returned. These items include clearance items, bathing suits, undergarments such as but not limited to: bra's, bralettes, bathing suits, & underwear.
Customized Items: Custom apparel, gear and swim suits are not available for return. Please make sure you check order details prior to placing your order.
Grab bags or bundle sales: These as well as clearance items are not eligible for return.
Gift Card: Physical or emailed Gift Cards are not eligible for refund.
Swim Suits & Undergarments: Swim suits and undergarments are not eligible for returns under any circumstances. Please be mindful of the size chart and size up or down where you see fit at your own discretion.
